Soft Baguettes
Ingredients
- 210ml warm water
- 357g flour
- 42.5g butter
- 6g salt
- 12.5g sugar
- 3g instant yeast
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix water, sugar, salt. Add 10% of flour, then yeast.
- Mix in butter and remaining flour.
- Knead into a ball, rest 30 min. Divide into 3 balls.
- Rest 10 min, shape into baguettes. Proof 50 min.
- Egg wash, score, and bake 26-30 min @ 375°F.
